- Social Media- we post your listing and advertise your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram

- Begin agent-to-agent marketing efforts
- Review and update status
- Schedule open houses (if applicable)
Ongoing Activities
- We will communicate with you regularly in all aspects regarding your listing
- Show property to potential buyers
- Schedule all showings with other agents
- Provide feedback from showings
- Follow-up on internet leads
- Monitor marketing conditions
- Monitor comparable properties for sale
- Discuss any changes pertaining to your listing that may need revision
